An enquiry starts a conversation

Submitting an enquiry or a Diwali preorder request saves the details and gives you a reference. It does not reserve stock, confirm a delivery date or take payment. We review the details and contact you before an order is confirmed.

Custom services and physical products need a written agreement covering the specific deliverables, price, available production capacity and required inputs. A sample or mockup shows a design direction; it is not a promise of vendor availability.

What the written quote should include

• The deliverables, quantities, dimensions, formats and intended use.
• The agreed design or editing scope, supported spreadsheet application where relevant, and explicit exclusions.
• The price, applicable tax treatment, payment stages and any approved third-party costs.
• The required customer inputs, delivery milestones and dependencies.
• The included revision rounds, feedback process and approval requirements.
• Usage rights, whether editable source files are included, and applicable cancellation, refund and support terms.

The accepted quote records the project-specific agreement. Any conflict with the published terms should be resolved in writing before work begins. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

Your information and supplied material

Please provide accurate wording, spelling, dates, times, venue details and other required content. Check the proof carefully before approving it. Cartavya can help present the information, but cannot independently verify the facts of a private event.

You must be authorised to share and use any supplied photographs, clips, logos, text, music or spreadsheet data. Tell us about licence restrictions, confidential information and required permissions before sending files. We may decline material or requests that cannot be used appropriately.

For spreadsheet work, agree what the file should do and provide safe examples that demonstrate the issue. Keep an untouched backup of your original file.

Price and payment

The listed ₹39 offer is for one personalised static digital Diwali design in the selected template and agreed PDF/JPEG output. The quantity selected multiplies that digital price. Printing, shipping, animation, video editing, additional concepts and separately licensed material are not included. Any extra work or cost must be agreed before it is charged.

Printed posters, cards, badges and 3D devotional pieces are quote requests. The total, tax treatment, production specification and shipping cost must be confirmed in writing before payment. No paid checkout is active on this website.

When an approved payment route becomes available, use the instructions associated with your order reference. A screenshot or browser success screen is not proof of receipt; the payment must be verified in the provider records. Cartavya will not ask for a card PIN, banking password or one-time password.

Revisions, approvals and changes of scope

The quote states how many review rounds are included and how feedback should be supplied. Please send one consolidated list for each round, so that changes can be assessed together.

A new concept, additional event, revised script after approval, new language, extra output size or substantially different spreadsheet behaviour may require an updated quote and timeline. Additional work should not be charged without being agreed first.

An error against the accepted brief is considered separately from a new preference or new requirement. See delivery and revisions and cancellations and refunds for the proposed handling process.

What is and is not included

A digital purchase delivers files. It includes physical printing or shipping only when those are separately selected and confirmed in the written quote. Event management, photography, filming, social posting, advertising spend, third-party licences and editable production files are separate unless expressly included.

Physical products are made or sourced after an order is accepted; this is not a stocked-inventory promise. Size, material, print quality, lamination, frame, colour, finish, packaging and any 3D-print details must be agreed for the actual product. Manufacturing, vendor and courier availability are checked before acceptance.

Video demonstrations include original instrumental sample audio and fictional event details. They demonstrate a style, not a completed customer commission. Spreadsheet services organise information and perform agreed calculations; they do not provide financial, tax or legal advice or connect to a bank.

Final files, source files and permissions

The quote should explain how you may use the final work and whether any rights are limited by third-party assets. Font software, music licences, stock licences and reusable studio resources are not automatically transferred with a final image or video.

Editable source files are included only when expressly quoted. Rights in material supplied by you remain subject to your existing rights and permissions. Digital-product use is described separately in the product licence.

Permission to show the work in Cartavya's portfolio is optional and separate from the service. Approval of a proof is not permission to publish your private event details.
