The free planner sample

The free sample is provided for your own personal evaluation of its layout, instructions and behaviour. It contains fictional entries and a smaller working area than the full workbook.

You may download it, open a private copy, change example inputs to understand how it works, and keep a backup for that evaluation. It is not a licence to sell the sample, publish it as your own template, redistribute copies, host it for other people to download or use it as a client deliverable.

If someone else would like to evaluate it, share the Cartavya product-page link so they receive the current sample and its accompanying information.

Proposed full-planner personal use

Full-product ordering is not enabled in this preview. The proposed personal-use licence would let the purchaser keep private copies of the purchased workbook for their own events, including more than one personal celebration, and make personal backups.

You would be able to enter your own information and make changes for that personal use. This would not include use as a product supplied to paying clients, a shared template library, a resale item or a commercial planning service. Those uses require separate written permission.

The final licence must be shown and agreed before any purchase. A preview of these proposed terms is not confirmation that a full-product sale is available.

What is not included

• Reselling, sublicensing, redistributing or publicly uploading the workbook or a substantially similar derivative.
• Removing the Cartavya identity and offering the template as your own product.
• Sharing a paid master file with a group, organisation or client base beyond the licence agreed for that purchase.
• Automatic ownership of underlying reusable template design, formulas, artwork or third-party assets.
• Unlimited customisation, additional capacity, lifetime support or future paid versions unless expressly included.

Your own information remains yours. These restrictions concern the supplied product and its licensed components, not ownership of the personal entries you add.

Personalised occasion designs

A ₹39 digital Diwali design is supplied for the personal sharing, greeting or printing use agreed for that design. It does not include resale of the template, a stock-art licence, a commercial advertising campaign or editable source files. If you need a business campaign, bulk distribution or another commercial use, identify it before the design is accepted so appropriate permission can be confirmed.

Your supplied names, photos and messages remain subject to your own rights and permissions. Illustrative deity art and celebration concepts are design examples, not a claim of a religious authority’s endorsement or a product already manufactured. Buying an artwork or printed item does not transfer underlying copyright unless expressly agreed.

Software, copies and changes

You need suitable spreadsheet software to use an .xlsx file. A spreadsheet application's own licence is separate. Check the stated compatibility and try the sample in the application you plan to use.

Keep an untouched copy before changing formulas, validation, protection or sheet structure. Cell protection is intended to reduce accidental edits; it is not encryption or a secure place to store highly sensitive information.

Adding rows or changing the structure can require related formula and validation changes. Capacity and supported behaviour are limited to what the product description confirms. If you need a different setup, ask about a separately scoped version.

Custom invitations, video and spreadsheet work

Custom-service rights are set out in the accepted quote. They should describe the final deliverables, intended use, any commercial-use permission and whether editable source files are included.

Music, fonts, stock media and customer-supplied material may carry separate restrictions. A licence for a social platform does not automatically cover a downloadable customer video, every platform or paid advertising. The intended use should be checked before including those assets.

The site's invitation and video demonstrations are fictional studio examples. They may be viewed to assess the service; they are not stock products offered for unrestricted reuse.

Errors, support and updates

Report an issue with the relevant filename, version, application and steps to reproduce it. Avoid sending unnecessary private data. Support boundaries and any update entitlement should be stated before a full-product purchase.

If a supplied file does not match its description or has a reproducible defect, the correction and refund process applies alongside any mandatory rights. A personal-use licence is not a blanket exclusion of remedies.
