What is saved when you submit

The contact and personalisation forms send your request securely to Cartavya and save it in a private database. A successful submission shows a reference beginning CVY. You do not need to open an email app. If an error appears, the website has not confirmed that your request was saved; retry the same request before starting another.

There are no customer accounts, advertising pixels or analytics integrations on this version. The website code does not deliberately set marketing cookies or keep form entries in browser storage. Your browser may remember or restore fields using its own settings.

The information we ask for

• Your name and reply email; a phone number is optional.
• Your selected service or product, design theme, quantity and personalisation choices.
• Names, greeting text, language, project description, desired date and optional budget.
• An optional delivery PIN code for a physical-product enquiry; a full delivery address is requested only when needed for an agreed order.
• Optional audio preferences and reference information, and the photo or short audio file you choose to upload.
• Your privacy acknowledgement, file-use permission, submission reference and time, and request status.
• Optional campaign labels in the page link (source, medium, campaign and content) so we can understand which promotion led to the submitted request. These do not set a tracking cookie or create a cross-site profile.

These details let us review feasibility, discuss a quote, prepare the requested personalisation and handle support. Do not include passwords, card details, identity documents, confidential guest lists or complete financial workbooks. A reference link is stored as text; it is not automatically opened or downloaded by the form.

Optional photos and short audio

You may attach one JPEG, PNG or WebP photo up to 500 KiB and one MP3, WAV, OGG or M4A audio file up to 350 KiB. These are private reference files associated with your request. They are not published on the website or placed in a public download gallery.

Only upload material you are authorised to share and use for the requested design. Obtain permission from people shown or heard, and from a parent or guardian where relevant. A purchased song or a track available on a social platform is not automatically licensed for a downloadable design, video or advertisement. If unsure, describe the mood instead of uploading the recording.

Supplying a photo or an audio reference does not grant permission to advertise with it. Public portfolio use, testimonials and identifiable customer examples require separate permission. Please avoid sensitive material; larger working files need an agreed private transfer method.

Examples, calculators and downloads

The budget calculator processes the values entered on that page in your browser. Those calculator values are not submitted to Cartavya; refreshing resets the demonstration. The planner sample contains fictional data and downloading it does not create an account or marketing subscription.

Invitation, Diwali and video samples are studio concepts. Fictional names, illustrative portraits and product mockups are not customer orders or proof of a stocked physical product. Video examples include original instrumental demonstration audio. Browser autoplay starts muted; sound is your choice.

Where the information is handled

Cartavya uses its own Cloudflare account for website hosting and private D1 database storage. Authorised Cartavya operators can review submitted requests and download private reference files. Website and infrastructure providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and access times, to deliver and protect the service. Processing locations depend on their infrastructure; this website does not promise India-only storage.

Our application uses daily secret-salted fingerprints for submission rate limits rather than storing raw IP addresses in the request database. The website code does not log request bodies or file contents. Transport encryption, restricted owner access, input validation and upload limits reduce risk; no service can promise absolute security.

If you contact us by email, the email providers involved also process the correspondence. A printing, production or delivery partner is confirmed for an accepted physical order before necessary fulfilment information is shared. Files are not automatically sent to a vendor when you submit this form. There is no live payment-provider integration in this version.

How long request data is kept

Optional uploaded files become unavailable through the request system after 30 days. Enquiry and preorder-request records become unavailable after 180 days. Expired records are removed in batches when new requests are processed or during owner maintenance; removal is not guaranteed at the exact expiry second. Provider backups may retain a deleted copy until their backup window ends.

You can request earlier deletion or correction using the grievance contact below. If a request becomes an accepted project, the working-file arrangement and any necessary transaction-record retention must be explained for that project. Email correspondence is separate from the website database and must be included in a deletion request if you want it reviewed too. A final delivery link is not permanent storage.

Your choices and privacy questions

Uploading files is optional. You may begin with a text description and agree a suitable way to provide materials later. An enquiry does not give permission for promotional messages. Any future marketing subscription will require a separate choice.

For access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of permission for future processing, or a privacy concern, contact help@cartavya.com. Include your request reference or the email used to submit it; do not send identity documents unless a proportionate verification method has been agreed. Withdrawing information needed to personalise or fulfil a request may prevent us from continuing that request.
