Paid order fulfilment

For an enabled instant digital item, the confirmation page provides private downloads after payment is verified. The same private link is emailed to the checkout address. Spam filtering or a mail-provider delay may affect the email; downloads remain accessible from the order confirmation. Contact help@cartavya.com with your order reference if delivery fails. Links remain available for 30 days.

Physical products show the delivery period and shipping charge before payment. Provide a complete address, PIN code and reachable phone number. Order status and courier tracking are available on the private order page once added. A production or delivery problem will be handled through the support and refund process; there is no guaranteed India-wide serviceability until the listing and vendor confirm it.

When the delivery clock starts

Your desired date is a request, not a confirmed commitment. Before an order is accepted, we agree the milestones, complete usable inputs, proof-approval deadline and any payment conditions. There is no blanket promise that a late request will arrive before Diwali.

Production or delivery dates may need to move if required information or proof approval is late. Changes must be discussed. Physical delivery is confirmed for the destination PIN code and available courier service before acceptance; a pan-India enquiry does not guarantee service to every address.

Proofs and approval

A proof is for review before final export. Check names, dates, times, addresses, numbers, wording and the agreed design or behaviour. For a spreadsheet, check the examples and acceptance tests agreed in the scope.

We propose one consolidated feedback list for each included round. State each requested change clearly and identify the relevant page, frame, cell or section. The number of included rounds is set by the quote.

Once you approve a proof, later changes to your information or creative direction may be additional work. A mistake against the accepted brief remains a different issue from a new request.

Invitation and static-design files

The chosen digital listing or written quote confirms the design, personalisation, sizes and final formats. A phone-sharing JPEG and a print-oriented PDF serve different purposes. A print PDF needs the agreed page size, bleed and export specification where applicable.

For Cartavya-arranged printed products, the accepted quote must state size, material, finish, quantity, packaging and shipping terms. Approve the wording and layout before production. Screen and printed colours can differ, and physical mockups are illustrative until the actual specification is confirmed.

Motion invitations and video edits

A video quote states duration, aspect ratio, resolution, language, captions, audio choice and output formats. The demonstration MP4 files include original instrumental sample audio; website previews start muted and provide sound controls. Sample audio is not a promise that a requested commercial song is licensed.

For a commission, we agree whether the soundtrack is supplied by you with the required rights, separately licensed, original, or omitted. Music reference uploads help communicate a preference; they do not establish a licence. Voiceover and additional music work are included only when quoted.

Final exports are checked for playback and supplied in the agreed format. A master MP4 and a smaller sharing copy can be separate deliverables. Messaging and social platforms can compress or crop files. Editable production files are included only when specified.

Spreadsheet services and workbooks

A spreadsheet handover should include the agreed file version, a short explanation of the changes, any operating instructions and the checks performed against the accepted scope. Keep a backup before changing formulas or structure.

The file's supported application and capacity must be stated. Opening an Excel-compatible file in another application may change formulas, validation, formatting or protection. Try the free planner sample in your own software before considering the full product.

The planner sample is a limited evaluation file with fictional entries. The full product is not available for purchase through this preview. Its final delivery timing, licence and support terms must be shown before any sale.

How final files are provided

Submitting a form saves a request; it does not instantly deliver a purchased product. After the work and any agreed payment are completed, appropriately sized final files can be delivered by email, or by a private customer-specific link through a provider agreed for that order.

The delivery message identifies the order reference, filenames, version and intended use, with any link expiry or access limit. Download and keep your own copy. The small optional photo/audio inputs on this website are reference uploads, not a customer storage account.

For a confirmed physical order, the quote and dispatch message must identify the agreed shipping method, expected delivery window and tracking where available. Do not send a full delivery address until it is needed for the accepted order.

If a file is missing, inaccessible or incorrect

Reply to the delivery message or email contact@cartavya.com with the order reference, affected filename, application or device, and a concise description of the issue. A redacted screenshot may help; avoid sending unrelated private information.

We propose to first check access, file integrity and the accepted requirements, then confirm the appropriate correction, replacement or other remedy. New content, extra formats or new functionality may need a separate quote. See the cancellation and refund process.
