A practical approach

The preview is being built around readable text, meaningful headings, labelled controls, visible keyboard focus and layouts that adapt to smaller screens. The aim is to make the information and enquiry route usable across common devices and ways of navigating.

This is not a claim of formal accessibility certification or universal compatibility. Testing and improvements continue, and a page can still have an issue that has not yet been identified.

Keyboard and page navigation

Use the keyboard to reach links, buttons and form controls. A “Skip to content” link appears when focused so that you can move past the repeated navigation. The mobile menu has a labelled control and exposes its expanded state.

Policy pages include labelled navigation and section links. Expandable questions use native disclosure controls. Links should describe the page or action they lead to, rather than relying only on an icon.

Reading, layout and motion

Content uses responsive layouts and can be enlarged with your browser zoom controls. Important information does not rely only on colour. Text descriptions accompany demonstrations and key images.

Decorative motion and automatic video playback respect the reduced-motion preference of your device. Hero previews can start automatically while muted; you choose whether to enable sound or play a paused video. Controls let you pause playback. Downloaded video demonstrations include original instrumental audio; their written content remains understandable without it.

If a visual or effect prevents you from using the website, contact us with the page and the issue.

Enquiries and interactive examples

Contact and personalisation forms have labelled fields and save a request directly to the website when submitted successfully. A confirmation displays a reference; an error asks you to retry rather than pretending that the request was sent. File attachments are optional.

If a form does not work with your device or assistive technology, email contact@cartavya.com with a short plain-text description. You do not have to use a visual preview, an audio input or the budget calculator to contact the studio.

The budget example is optional. The downloadable workbook also depends on the capabilities of your spreadsheet application and assistive technology.

An alternative way to receive information

If a preview, file format or visual explanation is difficult to access, tell us what information you need and which format would help. We can discuss a practical alternative before agreeing a project, such as plain-text wording or a simpler explanation of a workbook's structure.

For a commission, include access needs in the brief so they can be considered in the scope and acceptance checks. Do not assume that every exported image, PDF, video or workbook is suitable for every access need without reviewing it first.

Email contact@cartavya.com with the page address, what you were trying to do and what prevented it. If useful, include your browser, device and assistive technology; only share details you are comfortable providing.

A screenshot is optional, not required. Please do not include passwords or sensitive customer information. We will use the report to understand the problem and discuss a useful next step; no specific response-time standard is promised in this draft.
